Construction: Type I Over Subterranean Podium Parking and Type V Garden-style
Story: Contacted by large institutional equity investor performing due diligence for substantial placement of funds. Scope included defining applicable submarkets for each property, identifying relevant competitive properties and recently sold comps, evaluating the merits of each property in the portfolio with respect to the comps, and financially valuing the properties in their current state and, for the land assets, at build-out.
Results: Rapidly met client's tight schedule requirements while retaining strict confidentiality. Our rapid response enabled the client to meet its investment committee deadline, keep its client (the sponsor) happy, and be assured that it had full knowledge of both the investment potential and possible pitfalls.
